Your reimbursement should be available within 7 business days of received submission, and when possible, it will be processed sooner. However, the turnaround may be adjusted for holidays or other schedule needs. Incomplete requests will be delayed, depending on the information that is missing, so please remember to submit original receipts. We highly recommend you keep a copy of your receipts for your records. Due to COVID-19, processing times may be delayed. Scanned e-mail submission of receipts will be accepted.
