Who can approve a contract on behalf of my Auxiliary?

All contracts must be signed by the CEO. This ensures the League is aware of all obligations and can report accurately to our insurers for liability protection and recognize any financial obligations in the appropriate period. The League also requires that contracts include specific language on some items to protect the Members and the organization. 


Please submit any contracts to the League President with your comments or recommendations. This also allows you to discuss terms but preserve the right for Board review and comment.
