Publicizing Your Event

The CEO/Executive Office handles all media, press, public calendar, publicity, and public relations. Please submit details, photos, etc. about Auxiliary events and news to the CEO Executive Assistant and please allow ten business days for support including:

  • Press releases or calendar advisories
  • Post-event press releases and photos
  • Media advisories/alerts
  • Public service announcements
  • Purchasing advertising space (print and online) from print or media outlets to reach the media outlet’s circulation/listeners/viewers.
  • Emailing invitations or announcements via e-news blasts to League members or other specific external audiences enables you to send an actual invitation or flyer in the body of the email. Please contact Development for assistance with this.
