The Nine O’Clock Players (“NOP”) is currently seeking energetic and open-hearted individuals to join our award-winning, dues-paying theatre company. We are looking to expand our membership for the fall 2018 production of “The Wizard of Oz” and our spring 2019 production of “James and the Giant Peach.” NOP dues are $150 annually. We are currently seeking actors, costume designers, set painters, lighting designers, and anyone who would like to participate backstage or front of the house.
NOP is one of the oldest, continuously-performing children’s theatre companies in the United States. Part of Assistance League of Los Angeles, a non-profit organization dedicated to helping disadvantaged children in Los Angeles for the past 100 years, NOP provides two full-scale productions a year. Performances include free performances for low income and special needs children who might not otherwise get to experience live theatre, as well as ticketed performances for the general public on weekends.
Join us April 11th for a tour of the theatre and to learn more information. Refreshments will be served! RSVP today on Facebook, or at ktramiel@assistanceleaguel
